diary 2021/6/3 I didn't write diary yesterday due to my indulgence. And there is nothing special today, therefore I would like to write down my plan about the new position. First, I prepare to familiar with business model, organization structure of our group and each consolidated company, roles and responsibility of each department, financial statement of group, and check all SOP, regulation and internal control procedure within one to two months. Secondly, I will discuss with TY, underwriter, accounting firm, and maybe include law firm if needed. And then prepare a proposal which include : 1. schedule and timeline of IPO project 2. a check list for IPO standard which we need to achieve in each aspect (ex:competent authority, OTC, required documents and regulations) , and confirm with TY. Finally, perform the schedule and adjust according to the situation from time to time.
